Following the launch of Dubai’s leading property and real estate developer Azizi Developments’ Royal Bay Palm Jumeirah, earlier this year, the company has now announced a DHs750 Million project of apartment hotel complex at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Named as ‘The Azizi Mina Hotel Apartments’, the project comprises 58 two-bedroom and 120 one-bedroom apartments with four penthouses, spreading across 120,989 square feet. It is scheduled to be completed in 2018. Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments said that this particular project takes company’s portfolio in Dubai Dhs7.3bn with 20 more developing projects in the pipeline. Farhad Azizi also stated that Dubai is company’s favourite location due to its infrastructure, location, business-friendly rules and regulations and so many other factors.
The Azizi conglomerate also owns two of Afghanistan’s four biggest banks and an oil and gas importing business.
