Dubai is going to be the venue for a new event, Dubai International Hospitality Week, in 2017. According to an official statement issued yesterday, September 19, it is confirmed that Dubai International Hospitality Week will launch in September 2017. This mega event will be jointly organised by Dubai World Trade Centre and dmg events. Its aim is to support accelerated industry growth in the run up to Expo 2020 Dubai. Dubai International Hospitality Week will bring together dmg’s ‘The Hotel Show’ with the launch of DWTC’s ‘GulfHost’. The show is expected to commence at the DWTC during 2017 September, alluring over 50,000 visitors.
Dubai World Trade Centre is a business complex in Dubai developed by Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the former Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and the ruler of Dubai. Located along the busiest Sheikh Zayed Road at the Trade Centre Roundabout, it is the UAE’s major event venue and the largest event and exhibition centre in the whole MENA region.
