Dubai Properties has announced the launch of Villanova in Dubailand, Dubai’s first unit type called ‘cluster homes’ along with a series of standalone villas. Villanova targets the affordable housing segment with Mediterranean-inspired homes.
The cluster homes provide a combination of four different unit types within an enclosed court with each unit including a private backyard. The project comprises facilities such as children play areas, a pool house, BBQ zones, picnic lawns, basketball court, and retail outlets with outdoor seating. Villanova also consists of three-, four- and five-bedroom standalone villas and apartments that will be launched in the future.
Dubailand is home to Global Village, Dubai Outlet Mall in Outlet City, the Autodrome in Motor City, and the Cricket Stadium at Dubai Sports City, as well as 100,000 residents.
Even though Dubai has been affected by the decline in global oil prices; its real estate market begins to stabilise in most areas. The industry data indicates growth in the next 12 months in transactions and investment values in comparison to 2015.
