Dubai Start-up Recognised at Mena Property Awards

Architecture start-up BMA Studio has been honoured at Mena property awards.


A multi-disciplinary, Architecture start-up based in Dubai, BMA Studio has been recognised for four of its innovative UAE projects at the Africa and Arabia Property Awards 2016 held in Dubai. The event took place at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, Dubai on the 22nd September. BMA Studio provides a broad range of services in interior design, architecture, and landscape design for residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Its work was named amongst the most creative, exceptional, and ambitious projects of 2016, representing their country on a national stage at the Dubai awards ceremony. The firm is specialised in developing mixed-use apartment buildings as well unique contemporary use architectural design concepts.

BMA Studio’s honoured works include the Al Barsha Residence (a multiple residence architectural project located in Dubai), the Jumeirah Bay Island Beach House and The Atrium and Farm House (single residences in Dubai and Sharjah) and the Sharjah Showroom for its retail unit located in Sharjah, all waiting to collect their awards later in this year.

BMA Studio has registered offices at Gold and Diamond Business Park, Dubai. The company was founded in 2014 by Emirati entrepreneur Khalifa Al Suwaidi and managing partner, Iranian-born Leila Mohammadi Asl. BMA Studio has so far completed many projects in Dubai and Sharjah besides Morocco.
