Dubai, UAE: Dubai Courts Department (DCD) has launched a smart Q-ticketing service to help clients save time and effort during legal and judicial transactions. According to a media statement, clients will be able to access the latest services, such as Service Appointment Booking via Q-System and Attendance Smart Notice Receipt, through the Nibras App. The Q-ticketing service will allow clients to obtain Q-tickets from DCD’s service centers and save the ticket number on the smart app.
Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director-General of DCD’s said that the innovation of smart and integrate services is high on the DCD’s strategic priorities list, which will help “in facilitating, accelerating and streamlining legal transactions while also raising the bar on the performance index and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and happiness.”
The app is said to have been instrumental in increasing DCD’s efficiency in customer service and achieving the target of 80 per cent reduction in the number of visiting clients by 2018, according to Al Mansouri.
The Nibras App is available for download on Apple Store and Google Play.
