  4. Minimum one-year leases – and up to 25 years and renewable for another 25 years

Accommodation City – Housing for Workers

Phase One Facility:

Senior Accommodation – Type A: 2 bedroom facility which can accommodate up to 2 people per room, ideal for Supervisors, Engineers, Service Technicians and Foremen, AED 2,000 per unit per month.

Junior Accommodation – Type B and C: rooms accommodating up to 8 people, ideal for Unskilled, Semi-skilled, Skilled and Clerical staff, AED 2,000 per room per month.

Junior Accommodation – Type B-TV: rooms accommodating up to 14 people, ideal for Unskilled, Semi-skilled, Skilled and Clerical staff, AED 3,500 per room per month.

Junior Accommodation – Type D, E, F, P: rooms accommodating up to 6 people, ideal for Unskilled, Semi-skilled, Skilled and Clerical staff, Type D: AED 1,800 per room per month, Type E: AED 2,000 per room per month, Type F: AED 2,000 per room per month, Type P: AED 1,200 per room per month.

Phase Two Facility:

Junior Accommodation – 1 to 16 buildings: rooms accommodating up to 6 people, ideal for Unskilled, Semi-skilled, Skilled and Clerical staff, AED 2,000 per room per month.

Room Features:

  2. Services such as food, laundry, transportation, are not included in the room rate

Seven Zones of HFZ

The seven sub-zones that make up the Hamriyah 7 Magnificent Zones are:

  1. Oil & Gas Zone: ideal for downstream activities, converting crude oil into final products. This zone provides refinery, petrochemical and power generation facilities.
  2. Petrochemical Zone: for petrochemical production and the downstream and end-use processing activities of non-oil products.
  3. Steel City: for the manufacture of steel.

HFZ’s simple formalities and procedures enable clients to obtain a business license  within one hour of submission of the required documents:

Four steps to obtain a license

  1. Fill in the license application form and provide details of the proposed business activities for provisional approval.
  1. For Branches: submit the company incorporation documents and Board Resolution of the parent company. For new company incorporation: Submit the FZE/FZC application form and deposit the minimum capital required by a UAE bank, temporarily (for 1-2 days).
  1. Sign the agreement with HFZA and make all the required payments.
  2. When the license and lease are issued the company is ready to commence operations. For FZE/FZC companies, the company incorporation documents are also issued.
