dmcc

It covers a total of 730,000 sqm (2.4m sqft), and the lakes will cover approximately 116,000 sqm with plans to develop a huge park area. This is an ideal development to rent properties or to buy a property in Jumeirah Lake Towers. The Dubai Metals and Commodities Center (DMCC) occupy the middle of JLT and also include a 55-storey hotel tower. Each of the freehold towers ranges from 35 to 35 storeys.

Jumeirah Lake Towers are located in one of the most popular districts of new Dubai. It is located near to top class golf courses, including the Emirates Golf Course, the Montgomery Golf Club as well as a number of entertainment venues which international restaurants and hotels of nearby Jumeirah and The Palm Jumeirah. Also located in the vicinity is the American University in Dubai, Dubai Internet City, and Media City, making the project perfectly located for business people as well as families with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and thus the ideal option to rent properties and buy a property in Jumeirah Lake Towers.

The structures at JLT symbolize a number of industrial and residential qualities for freehold buy and goal to become an additional expansion to Dubai’s expanding enterprise community. As another Nakheel development, Jumeirah Lake Towers is anticipated to become a competitor to Emaar’s Downtown Dubai and Dubai Holding’s Business Bay, with the Dubai Metals and Commodities Center (DMCC) at the center of the job.

The Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) is a mixed-use community with 45% of the Towers planned for residential use, 21% for office and the rest as hotel or mixed use. Four towers within the development will offer hotel facilities, and dedicated retail plots will help enhance the overall community atmosphere with dedicated supermarkets, laundries, restaurants, and areas of shopping. From an architectural viewpoint, the distinctiveness of each tower design will provide an individualistic appeal to this community. Offering land as well as some water-based entertainment and recreation opportunities, the development has extensive facilities for shopping, indoor sports, and dining.

Surrounding the towers is a waterfront promenade, where residents and the working community can enjoy an extensive array of outdoor cafes and restaurants throughout the day and even into the night. Retail outlets will also be on hand to make sure all the essential provisions are right on hand for people living and working in the development.

With competition from other business centres like Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Silicon Oasis and Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers offers another take on combining residential life with a vibrant working community, and all for reasonable prices.

During the cooler months, market days are held over the weekends, with makeshift stalls selling clothes and trinkets. Live music and finger food from the surrounding cafes make for a carnival-like ambience. During the summer, movie nights are organized and advertised on a notice board in each building’s lobby, along with other general-interest information, such as collection services (from old batteries and books to clothes for charity) and homes for sale or rent. Close-knit community living, then, is JLT’s most attractive feature.

Dining

Without exaggeration, you could get breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the year and not have to eat the same dish twice. At last count, on the Zomato app, JLT is listed as having 250 restaurants, serving all manner of cuisines. Options include health-focused chains such as Kcal, Right Bite, Under 500 and 77 Veggie Boutique, and meal-plan services such as A Point. Branches of popular Indian restaurants Delhi Darbar, Tibb’s Frankie and Haji Ali compete with fast-food chains Papa Murphy’s, Doner Force and Sheikh & Shake (not to be confused with Shake Shack).

The three licensed, Mövenpick, Pullman, and Bonnington hotels offer shisha cafes, happy-hour deals, dance floors and accommodation for guests. Wi-Fi-equipped outdoor seating promotes a sense of cafe culture.

Because a number of the towers are commercial, many cafes and restaurants have lunch deals, while the multiple Spinneys and 24-hour Carrefour, Zoom, Géant and locally branded outlets make ordering groceries to your front door a breeze, even at 3 am.

Retail

In addition to the area’s 24-hour supermarkets, stores such as Manila Mart and the organic Succharia dessert parlor stock specialty items. There’s an array of spas, salons, massage parlors, nail bars and barber shops, some open until 11 pm.

Even though most residential towers have a gym and swimming pool, there are also a handful of fitness centers offering sophisticated equipment, personal trainers, and yoga and other group-exercise classes.

From pharmacies, laundries, florists and pet shops to preschools, dentists, opticians and medical centers, convenience are around every corner.
