Meraas, a Dubai-based holding company, has launched a new homegrown chocolate outlet, café, and restaurant brand at its City Walk development in the name of Boutique Le Chocolat. The store accumulates internationally acclaimed chocolatiers with 28 brands of bespoke items and ready-made products. Boutique Le Chocolat spreads an area of 13,000 sq ft and plans a 20,000 sq ft expansion in near future. It will also feature a further 60 brands, chocolate sculptures, a café offering warm drinks and the Cocoa Kitchen, and a cocoa cuisine themed restaurant.
Customers are allowed to try various chocolates and make their own personal chocolate bars with an individual message. Meraas chief retail officer, Kareem Faisal says, “Boutique Le Chocolat is not just a shopping experience but a one-of-a-kind destination, where chocolate aficionados can indulge in a sweet retreat offering them an excellent selection of the finest bonbons and bars with around 700 different flavours,”. Chocolatiers from Belgium, Japan, the US, France, and Switzerland are available in the store.
Meraas is a prominent holding company based in Dubai with business interests in real estate, tourism, hospitality, healthcare, technology, retail, Food and Beverages, and leisure and entertainment sectors.
