The Dubai-based leading property developer SRG Holding has launched a new AED 700 million residential project in Business Bay named as Marquise Square, where 62 percent of the building’s 384 apartments will be studios. The company plans to build the tower between two existing blocks on Burj Khalifa Street and has created a striking diamond-shaped tower design offering spectacular views of Burj Khalifa on one of the building’s principal elevations and the new Dubai Water Canal on the other. The UK-based Select Properties has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the building.
The building will comprise 237 studio apartments with prices ranging from Dhs895,000, 59 one-bed apartments from Dhs1.31m, 70 two-beds from Dhs2.2m and 18 three-bed properties from just over Dhs3.1m. The facilities of Marquise Square include 12,000 square feet of ground floor retail, a large pool and a gym, saunas, steam rooms, a children’s play area, and a prayer room.
SRG Holding has already started the shoring and piling work on site two months back, and it is scheduled to complete on October 15. Following that, Dubai Contracting Company will begin main contracting works intending to completing the building by November 2018.
