Starwood Signs Deal for New Dubai Hotel

Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide plans to open a new Element hotel in Dubai.


Hotel giant Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide has recently signed an agreement with La Vender Real Estate to launch a new Element hotel in Dubai. The new hotel will be the fourth Element hotel in the rapidly emerging market. Named as Element Dubai Al Sufouh, the hotel will provide 330 units and is expected to open in 2019. Element Dubai Al Sufouh will feature 330 studios, and one bedroom suites and the amenities will comprise food and beverage outlets, including the Restore gourmet pantry, two swimming pools, fitness centre, and a spa. It will be located in the Al Sufouh area and will be a part of a master development with 39 floors.

We wanted to build a long-stay project in Al Sufouh and feel the positioning of the Element brand is the perfect fit for this development,” states Badr Khalid Mohammed Al Mulla, executive director of La Vender Real Estate.
